How easy is eMailSMS 1.4 to install? |
 |
It's very simple - just register and download the application and follow the wizard intructions, ensuring you have your serial key and to hand. Once installed an icon will appear in your email software toolbar. |

What additional knowledge do users need to operate eMailSMS 1.4? |
|
If users currently use email, they should have no problems using eMailSMS - its the same process as sending an email. The mobile phone will be extracted from the address book or you can simply enter the mobile number in the To field. |

Can I use my existing mobile account? |
|
Yes, you can use your existing contract without change, as long as your mobile phone can send and receive SMS messages. |

What does the email to SMS cost to send? |
|
It will typically cost the same as you're currently paying for each SMS from your mobile operator. However, if you purchase high volumes of SMS for bulk marketing then the same account can also be used with eMailSMS. |

What email software does eMailSMS 1.4 work with? |
|
It currently works with Microsoft® Outlook® 2003, Outlook® 2002(XP), Outlook® 2000, Outlook® 98 and Outlook® 97. Also, eMaiLSMS 1.4 works with Outlook Express 4, 5, and 6. |

What Operating Platforms is eMailSMS compatible with? |

It currently supports Windows 2003®, 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows 98®, Windows ME® or Windows NT 4.0® (Service Pack 6.0) Windows 2000®. |

What are delivery notifications ? |
|
GenSMS will send you a delivery notification when the message arrives at the recipients phone. This is very useful because if the phone is switched off or out of cell range then a delivery notification will not be sent. This ensures that that when you receive the notification the message has been delivered. |

How do I change my Serial Key? |
|
For eMailSMS 1.4, go to the Start Menu, Programs and eMailSMS, select the utility Account Details and from there you will be able to change your Serial Key. If you use eMailSMS 1.3 the use download this utility to change your Serial Key. |
